Terms of service

1. The service

Bidlemon periodically samples public Google results pages for the searches you configure, records which advertisers appear, stores the supporting evidence and notifies you according to your plan. The service is provided for professional use by businesses and the people acting on their behalf.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
• You must be of legal age and authorised to act for the company you register.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Bidlemon is sold as a monthly subscription, charged in advance through Stripe.
• Published prices are exclusive of taxes. VAT or any other applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your country and tax status, and itemized on the invoice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing section; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, which remains usable. Amounts already charged are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• Each plan includes usage limits (brands, countries, keywords, scan frequency). We may throttle usage beyond them or offer an upgrade.
• Plans can be extended with paid add-ons (extra countries, extra brands) where the plan allows them. Changing plan or add-ons mid-period is prorated: growing the subscription is invoiced immediately for the days remaining, and reducing it is credited against the next invoice.
• We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; they apply from the next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or against third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the platform, nor access data of other accounts.
• Do not resell or provide the service to third parties as your own without a written agreement with us.
• Automated access is allowed only through the interfaces we provide.

5. Monitoring data and evidence

Search results are collected from public sources at sampling intervals. Sponsored results vary by moment, location and auction, so Bidlemon does not guarantee that every ad shown to every user is captured, nor the completeness or fitness of the evidence for a specific legal proceeding. Evidence is provided "as is" to support your own analysis and decisions.

Your monitoring configuration and your account data belong to you. You grant us the licence needed to process them strictly to provide the service.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and brand are and remain the property of Bidlemon. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while your subscription is active.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We depend on third-party providers (hosting, payments, search data) whose incidents may affect the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Bidlemon will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, harm the service or fail to pay, notifying you when reasonably possible. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. After closure we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; relevant changes will be announced on the website or by email before taking effect, and continued use of the service implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights. Questions: infobidlemon@gmail.com.
